How to Return
Email us at hello@polsia.app with your order number and reason.
We'll send you a prepaid return label (UK only).
Pack the socks in their original packaging, tape on the label, and drop at any Post Office.
Refund processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the item.
Conditions
Socks must be unworn, in original packaging, and free of any odours or debris. We inspect all returns before issuing a refund. Items that show signs of use won't qualify for a full refund.
Faulty Products
If your socks arrived defective or damaged, email us with a photo. We'll replace them or refund you in full, no return required.
Wrong Size
Check our sizing guide before ordering. If you order the wrong size, we can exchange for a different size subject to availability — email us within 30 days.
